The City of Szczecin is the festival organiser and has appointed an Artistic Board as follows:

   1. Anna Garlicka – festival director, member of the Artistic Board
   2. Krzysztof Bizio – member of the Artistic Board
   3. Arkadiusz Buszko – member of the Artistic Board
   4. Piotr Ratajczak – member of the Artistic Board
   5. Jan Turkowski – member of the Artistic Board

In matters connected with the organisation of the festival, the Artistic Board is assisted by the following Organisational Committee:

• Anna Garlicka – deputy director, Teatr Lalek „Pleciuga”
• Eugeniusz Kus – director, Zamek Książąt Pomorskich (the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes)

• Zbigniew Niecikowski – managing and artistic director, Teatr Lalek “Pleciuga”
• Andrzej Oryl – managing director, Filharmonia Szczecińska (the Szczecin Philharmonic)
